    Our Practice Privacy Statement outlines our policies and practices in relation to our handling of your highly sensitive medical information.

  • Text Messaging

    We request consent from our patients in relation to contacting them by SMS text from time to time. If you do not wish to be contacted in this manner please make this known to the receptionist who will detail this on your file.

  • Complaints Policy

    Although we strive to provide the highest quality service,we welcome feedback regarding our performance. In the event that you wish to make a complaint, please so so directly to the medical director. We promise to investigate thoroughly all complaints and review our policies and procedures as necessary.

  • Courtesy and Respect

    We aim to deliver our service with due courtesy and respect for all our patients.We expect the same in return. We operate a zero tolerance policy in relation to aggressive behaviour and verbal abuse. Patients who engage in verbal or aggressive behaviour towards any member of staff will be delisted from our clinic.

  • Fees

    All fees must be paid on the day. Patients with outstanding accounts may be deregistered from the practice..
